Advertiser Details
Advertisers must be 18 years or older.
We will not be held responsible for any advert placed on our website, although we endeavour to screen the adverts to filter out any advert that is deemed unacceptable to us - including but not limited to adverts of an adult nature, those endorsing violence or hatred, racism, sexism, illegal activities and so forth.
By applying for an advertisement page, you agree that your advertisement is genuine and legal and you have the legal authority to advertise the detail, including all information and images provided (and no that no intellectual property rights will be breached as a result of your advertisement). You agree that you are 18 years old or older, or of an age of legal authority in the country in which you live. By applying for an online advertising page you also agree to adhere to all the terms and conditions set out on this site.
hseehra.com reserves the right to decline applications for advertising.
By applying for an free advertisement page, you acknowledge that there will be sponsored advertisements located on your advertisement page. You also acknowledge that a link to your advertisement page will be placed on our directory page, sitemap, homepage, and on the category page itself (such as "General"). Indexing your site within search engines rests with the engine companies themselves, and no indexing will be guaranteed.
Once you have applied for online advertising, and hseehra.com is waiting for your confirmation e-mail, hseehra.com reserves the right to upload your advertisement prior to your e-mail confirmation. It is at the discretion of hseehra.com as to which advertisements will and will not be uploaded early.
Any member of the public wishing to follow up an advertisement are strongly advised to carry out their own checks, and verifications, on the advertiser before corresponding in any way with the advertisers.
If any member of the public feels an advertisement should not be on hseehra.com, such as those that are offensive or endorse behaviour that is illegal, they are invited to report the matter to hseehra.com directly.

Electronic Communications
When you visit hseehra.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the website. hseehra.com will not be responsible for any losses you suffer as a result of us breaching these conditions, even when losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website. We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss, even when such loss is reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website or when a contract for the sale of products by us to you was formed.
Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions at any time. All advertisements posted on hseehra.com will remain, unless indicated by the advertiser. However, if the space on the hseehra.com site becomes full, hseehra.com reserves the right to remove those advertisements that it deems are no longer eligible (such as those advertising an event that has passed).
Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
